Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
- A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may still qualify for return according to this policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping as applicable.
For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
